Please note: If you purchased a physical Gift Card or were given a Merchandise Credit card in a Paper Store location prior to 4/19/2022, these cards cannot be used online. If you have a physical Gift Card purchased in a store location prior to 4/19/2022 and you want to use that card for online purchases, you can bring that gift card to any store location and they will convert your old gift card to a new card. The new card will then be usable online or in store. You can also call Customer Service at (844)480-7100 and have your old card replaced with a new card which can be mailed to you.
