If you ordered online and would like to make a return, you can either return your online order to any store location or you can ship your order back to our Returns Center.  If you choose to ship your return back to us, we require a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form included in your package.

The RMA form, shown below, can also be found on our Return Policy page.

Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for shipped returns.  The Paper Store does not provide shipping labels for shipped returns. 


RMA Procedure:

Please read our Return Policy, which can be found at www.thepaperstore.com/return-policy. Returns may be made within 45 days of the purchase. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.  Merchandise must be in manufacturer’s salable, like-new condition with the original packaging.
