Please note that The Paper Store will no longer be providing a Packing Slip with your package.
The only exception to this would be if there is a Gift Message associated with the order, and a packing slip with that gift messaging would be included. This packing slip with a gift message will hide any pricing associated with items that have gift messages added.
Your order confirmation email will serve as documentation of your order contents, and contains the information needed to process a return at any of our store locations.
Your shipping confirmation email(s) also contains the information needed to process a return at any store.
If you plan to ship your return back to our Returns center, a Return Merchandise Authorization Form is required to be included in your shipment. This form can be found on our Return Policy page.
