Please be informed that, effective immediately, we will no longer be providing a Packing Slip with your package. 

The only exception to this would be if there is a Gift Message associated with the order, and a packing slip with that gift messaging would be included.

Your order confirmation email will serve as documentation of your order contents.

Your shipping confirmation email(s) will have the attached barcode(s) you will need to process a return at any of our store locations.

A Return Merchandise Authorization form, printed and filled out, will be needed if you process a return shipped to our main fulfillment center at our Distribution Center.
