If the tracking details on your order show your package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, we recommend waiting 24-48 hours following the delivery confirmation. Sometimes tracking displays a delivered status prior to the actual delivery at your package's final destination.
If it has been more than 48 hours following the delivery confirmation and you still cannot locate your package:
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery left by the carrier
- Check your entire property (On the porch, by your garage, near mailbox, etc.)
- See if someone else in your household accepted the delivery
- Check with your neighbors
- Verify the shipping address on your order was correct at the time you placed your order
- Double-check your mailbox or wherever you normally receive mail
- If you live in an apartment building, check with the main office
