Once your order has shipped, we send you an email with the tracking number.
If we ship with FedEx, their tracking numbers are generally 12 digits long.  Please use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email and plug that into FedEx's package tracking tool on their website FedEx.com

If we ship with DHL, please copy the tracking number in your email and go to the DHL website, DHL.com, for tracking information. 

If you placed an order on our website while logged into your online account, you can also track your order in your order history on our website. Log into your account, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status & Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.
