Online orders ship via UPS or DHL. UPS and DHL often transfer to the U.S. Postal Service for USPS to make the final delivery.

If you choose Express shipping, your shipment can take up to three total business days from the time you placed your order.
If you chose Expedited shipping, this is our fastest shipping option. Shipments generally take 1-2 business days. Your shipment can take up to three total business days from the time you placed your order.
The Paper Store makes every effort to ship your order in one package. In some instances, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from multiple locations. We generally ship orders from Massachusetts.
You are not charged for items on your order until those items ship. If items ship separately in multiple packages, you can expect to see multiple charges on your account. Please note that when an order is divided into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional fee.
