Online orders ship via FedEx and DHL. We reserve the right to choose which shipping company will fulfill your order. FedEx and DHL often transfer to the U.S. Postal Service for USPS to make the final delivery.
General standard shipping timeframe is 5-10 business days.
If you choose Express shipping, your shipment can take up to three total business days from the time you placed your order.
If you choose Expedited shipping, this is our fastest shipping option. Expedited shipments generally take 1-2 business days. Please note that your Expedited shipment may still take up to three total business days from the time you placed your order in some circumstances.
TPS Group Holdings makes every effort to ship your order in one package. In some instances, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from multiple locations. The majority of our packages ship from Massachusetts.
You are not charged for items on your order until those items ship (unless you use a gift card). If items ship separately in multiple packages, you can expect to see multiple charges on your account. Please note that when an order is divided into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional fee.
