- Online pickup orders are held for 5 days. If you do not pick up your online order within the 5 days, the order will be put back and no charges will be applied to the card, and the hold will fall off. For in store pickup orders, these have been paid for, if the items are not picked up within 5 days we will attempt to contact the customer. If they are still not picked up, Customer Service will work with Finance to refund the customer.
